If your co-worker is complaining to the manager, the girl is not interested. I would just stay away from her.....she's not worth losing your job over.

Please, don't feel like you messed up! At first, she was probably flustered by your attention and liked it (maybe on a bad day with her bf) but then decided it was too much. Even if you really, really like her, please, don't get yourself in trouble at work over this, it is not worth it. Also, as you mentionen many times, she does have a bf, and even if she'd break up with him, then you'd be the rebound man!

i need advice. i have been friends with the guy i have been crushing on facebook.for 2 months now. (i've liked him for maybe 4 months now)
i commented on his status once, and we had a small conversation.
now i really want to get to know him..but dont know how to start.
should i just keep commenting on his statuses till we are friends, or should i do something else? i need some advice like i said.

There's this guy in my class who I've known for a while. We use to talk to each other occasionally but this year we got really close. He acts like he likes me but he can't really show it because one of his friends has a crush on me. For example every morning when I walk into class he always starts a random conversation or does something for me to notice him. This one time we were messing around before class and he was touching me so I playfully pushed him and then he pinned me up against the cabinet and smiled. Another time we were in math class on st. Patrick's day and I didn't wear green so he kept touching me and pinching me. He only had a green clover sticker on so I was reaching for it and he said what are you reaching for and I said your clover. then he said well I bet if I out it down here (his area) you wont reach for it. I just smiled and he smiled back. that same day in class he asked me to feel his chest to see if I could feel it pop. Another time he got hurt playing baseball and before we could go in class he showed it to me. He also always smiles at me, I catch him staring at me and looking at me A LOT! He also tells me a lot about his life. Our families also know each other. The most recent thing that happened was I wore dresses and skirts all last week. Tuesday I had on this short Spring/Summer dress and I had to get a book off the table I barely bent over but when I turned around to go back to my seat he had this creepy sexual smile. Then he stared at my legs all week which is weird because he usually stares at my boobs. Then this week is the last week of school befor 8th grade graduation. His friend who ';liked'; me got a girlfriend and he's been trying to get close to me and stuff all week. She likes you, but she's confused with the fact that she already has a boyfriend and she just doesn't know how to deal with you, I would say give her time, dont play hard to get, just let her know you'll always be there, maybe let her keep you in stock a while haha.

I know that will be very hard and difficult but maybe you two should just sit down at lunch or something and clear all the air. leave her a note saying that you need to talk to her in private, not because you want to ask her out or anything like that, but just to clear the air.

I gave it to her 2 weeks ago and when I saw her the next day she didn't say anything about it. But she was receptive she gave me a big smile and I was too stupid to do nothing. I was kinda down that day and really didn't feel like talking. Anyways I didn't tease her back or flirt with her back because she has a boyfriend. I played it cool and kinda ignore her I just wasn't in the mood to talk. And she knew that. The female employers say she a flirter. I haven't seen her at work in a week. The managers tried calling her, but she hasn't answer the phone. There thinking she quit. She miss three days so far. I go to school with her, but I haven't gone in 3-4 days. but I went today.She seem real happy and when she saw me. She didn't talk to me though she use the teacher to get my attention they were right in front of me.Se said to the teacher that she quit her job and she got a new job. Like the teacher really cares right. So I didn't say anything to her I didn't know what to say I just pretended i didn't care either. I was talking to this other girl who was a new student and she walk past us, but ignore us like we weren't there. My friend told me last week that he saw her with her friends about 2 months ago and he said to her you know my friend likes you know and she saids ';I hate him.'; I told one of her friends that she has a mouth on her and I guess she got mad at me for that. So now whenever she around me she doesn't use foul mouth language and if does she saids sorry. But that was a 2 months ago. It's really hard to talk to her when she's around her friends, cause she acts different around them. This past wednesday she was asking people for gum in class.Everyone said no. Then she ask me and I gave her a piece and she said thank you and I said your welcome. She did that at work too asking for gum when she knew no one else had gum to give her. Not many people would like to read this long story, but here is the short of it...the young lady is confused. She has a boyfriend who is mistreating her and then she has you who would be willing to giver her everything. We women are very strange creatures, we never at that age see that the nice guy is the one to be with.
